Orchard Spot provides guests with bed and breakfast accommodation in a unique garden setting. The twin bedded room offers en suit shower, tea/coffee making facilities and TV, with ample parking and the added benefit of a private patio. You are free to come and go as you please in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
A hearty full English breakfast is served using quality local produce or you may prefer our continental alternative. A vegetarian option can also be provided on request.
A light bite menu is available for snacks, including delicious home made cakes.
We are located near to the historic towns of Rye, Winchelsea, Hastings and Battle, providing many local attractions for your enjoyment. The area is ideal for cycling and walking and is in close proximity to the 1066 foot path. The local coastline is but a few minutes drive, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Camber within easy reach.
Excellent village pubs nearby offer tasty home made food and a good selection of fine ales. Alternatively, Rye offers an excellent range of quality restaurants.
There are good local transport services and we are approximately one hours drive from the channel tunnel and Dover ferry port.
We are open for Bed and breakfast from Easter to October, during which the following tariff will apply:
Standard room rate, including breakfast = £28.00 (per person) per night.
High season -1st June to 30th September = £30.00 (per person) per night.
Orchard Spot is a totally non smoking establishment.
